Mighty Goose gives a lot more mobility than Metal Slug does in terms of what the player can do, between rolling, double jump and stalling your decent.
Particularly not being able to pass through enemies. To the point that some of the ways that it differs from Metal Slug just feels off. The game is very very clearly inspired by Metal Slug, a series that I love dearly.

I tried changing the screen scaling in the PS4 setting menu, but that didn't do anything. Like when my mighty meter is full, I can't even see the L2 prompt. Is anyone else having an issue with the UI not fitting the screen boarders? Big chunks of the UI are just off the screen for me. About half way through and having a good time. An amazing soundtrack composed by Dominic Ninmark ( Moonrider, Blazing Chrome, Gravity Circuit) featuring crunchy synth-rock and funky-jazz fusion melodies.Beautifully crafted vibrant pixel art worlds, vehicles, and characters.Pilot devastating war-machine vehicles to decimate large groups of enemies.
